A beautiful family home has become vacant and with efforts to try and support the local people working there, we have decided to rent it out for either short or long stays (if you are looking to escape the Europen winter!) . You will be taken care of by the amazing Nalika who has been looking after the house for over 10 years.
The house is located in Digana, within in a housing community that includes a Club House with a restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court and even a gym! The swimming pool can be used for free with a meal.
The house itself has one double room with an ensuite bathroom, a single room, a twin and another double room. There are an additional 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges. The house also comes with wifi and European TV channels. It can host up to 7 guests making it ideal for a family or a small group for both short and long stays.
Nearby is the famous Pallekele International Cricket Stadium which hosts many of Sri Lanka's cricket matches. The stunning Victoria Golf Club is also just 9km away while the Knuckles Mountain Range is only a 30km drive. The house is therefore ideal for guests looking for the warmer weather, trekking, outdoor sports, traditional Sri Lankan culture, and exploring Kandy while having some of the home comforts.

We can offer a double room for US $55.00 and a single room for US 45.00 per night including breakfast (western / Sri Lankan)
You can also book the entire house for US$300.00 per week (6 nights) or $850.00 per month.

FROM KANDY BY TUK-TUK/CAR: Take the A26 (Kandy-Mahiyangana road). Just before Digana town, turn right to Sri Rahula road and drive another 1 Km to the Victoria Range Bungalows. Approx. 30 minutes from Kandy city (LKR 1,500 - 3,000 per vehicle with max 3 persons)
FROM KANDY BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Take bus # 654 (bus terminal between the Kandy Market and clock-tower) and get off at bus halt “Digana Village”. Approx. 40 minutes by bus (LKR 100 p.p.). Free transport arranged therefrom.
